U Interview Me has three types of users to provide the best experience for job seekers and employers alike.

Quick start guide:
Job seeker
- Sign up and browse for professionals offering skills to help you prepare for interviewing with your dream company.
- Message professionals and ask for advice.
- Build skills and confidence through practice.
- Interview with companies once you feel confident.

Official interview
(free for interviewer)
- Sign up and use company name for first name and “Official Interview” for last name.
- Set session rate at $1 (for service fee collected by us). This $1 helps ensure individuals are qualified (serves as a barrier to entry, albeit minimal).
- Invite candidates to interview via email from the settings tab.
- Respond to messages requesting interviews to find qualified individuals.
- Interview as many candidates as you need to find the perfect one.

Professional advisor
-Sign up and create profile to offer services.
-Offer useful help, and engage users through messaging and video.
-Earn money by helping others prepare for their interviews.
